Sheryl Wallace

High School Technology


Sheryl Wallace is originally from Jamaica with several years of teaching experience, 12 years of which were in Information Technology and Computer Science Education. Mrs. Wallace earned her master’s degree in Management Information System from Walden University. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Education from the University of the West Indies as well as a diploma in Business and Computer Education from Bethlehem Teacher’s College. Additionally, she holds numerous industry certifications from Microsoft and Adobe. In Jamaica she taught Information Technology and Computer Science at the CXC level and prepared students to sit the end of course Caribbean exam. She taught K-12 Computer Science in Fort Lauderdale for 2 years and moved to Jacksonville to join the San Jose family in 2016.  She currently teaches AP Computer Science Principles and Digital Information Technology and Computer Fundamentals.
